We really like Sarah's house and hope to come again. We have stayed at different houses every summer for the last 8 years, and are sure that this home was the nicest, most comfortable and best suited to our needs. And for once the road at the front truly was quiet ! Sarah's book about the facilities of the area was well thought out including photographs, and a great help Our grandsons enjoyed the back garden, including all the footballs and sun loungers, and we had a family Bar-b-Que with the luxury of a calor gas Bar-b-Que unit. we played all the games in the cupboard at least once ! The only down side was the weather ! .

Sarah could not have been both more accomodating and hospitable. My husband, our 3 adult children and I all really enjoyed staying in Sarah's house which was lovely and felt like an absolute home from home. Thank you Sarah!

Sarah’s house is the perfect family home away from home. 5 mins walk to the beach, 2 mins drive to the shops. The garden is AMAZING for adults to chill in the evening with a glass of wine and for the kids to run around and play (there are also lots of toys and games). The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. The beds are sooooo comfy, we slept really well after a full day at the beach. The living room is lovely and cosy. When we arrived, Sarah welcomed us and showed us around. She also left us lots of lovely treats; a nice bottle of rosé, some crisps and jams and fresh strawberries, and gorgeous flowers - above and beyond what we expected. We kept in touch so we knew that she would be available if we needed anything. The only thing we needed was a longer holiday!! :)

Lovely house and well equipped. We really had a lovely stay and plenty of space. The garden was lovely too and the kids enjoyed it too. Great location 5 min walk and you are on the beach, 10/15 min and you’re in town. Great location. Frinton-on-sea is such a lovely town with amazing beaches, restaurants and boutique shops near by. Quiet and unspoilt.

Really enjoyed the house. Great location. We were two families, both with small children, for the week. Plenty of space. Sarah was very accommodating with baby cots and high chairs. A little intense with security - spent a lot of time faffing with keys and locks. And one minor repair issue came up on the last day, but I'm sure she's sorted this by now. Lots of kitchen utensils and a great kitchen for cooking - we ate all our meals there (for 9 people). But lacking condiments and some of those basic consumable cooking supplies. Maybe best to ask in detail if you're hoping to cook a lot.
