Lovely and spacious apartment ! Communicating with Jonno and the team was excellent. Super quick and friendly. The apartment is exactly like the images provided. Large deck, super comfy beds, very clean bathrooms. Will definitely stay again :)

Quinovic Viaduct is a property manager of quality privately owned apartments & houses available for short-term leases in the Auckland CBD district and nearby suburbs. All properties are furnished to a high standard, have free unlimited internet, TV, and power and are serviced weekly, including a complete linen change. The minimum stay is three days, although some properties are limited to seven due to either body corporate rules or owners' conditions. Bookings are taken up to 3 months in advance (no further out due to our management contract with the owners). The apartments listed are only a selection of our portfolio - please feel free to send an enquiry if you can't find a suitable property.
