Overall the customer service was amazing the lady at the front desk were really kind and helpful and changed us from our first room which smelled like heavy smoke in a (no smoke hotel) to our second room which was good. The beds were good and comfy clean sheets! Bathrooms were dirty as towels not new and shower had hair in it which was not cleaned. Overall bed was good. Very 80s-90s vibe. Good for short term stay.
