The place is very dirty. Especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Mattress in the room really dirty too. Based on the condition of the bathroom, kitchen, and yellow-brown color of the mattress….. I didn’t feel comfortable staying here. Didn’t even spend 30 minutes in the room. When I contacted Victor about the condition of the bathroom, he ignored my comments and request for another bathroom. This is the ultimate reason I did not stay. Victor was unwilling to make accommodations.

Victor's place was clean and comfortable, and felt very safe since his house is within a gated community, and there's ample parking right in front. Victor's place was also just a few miles to a post office and a library, so I was able to get my work errands done with minimal hassle. Though there was a shared bathroom and other shared spaces--interaction with other guests was minimal. I'd especially recommend Victor's place for anyone with reason to be in North Las Vegas, or anyone on a budget. I'd certainly stay again.
