I wish I could say that I enjoyed my stay here, but I honestly hated it from almost the first moment I arrived. I expected that perhaps I needed to adjust to it, but I hated it the whole time. Some of the reasons I feel this way: - Apartment is an old, unattractive, small 3bd in an undesirable location, not a nice "condo" at all - Door lock is janky and hard to use - Strong stink of food smell & uncleaned trash upon entering. Kitchen is small and poorly ventilated - LOUD road noise all day. Apt is on a very active road that is right next to a major street - IMO Overly strict house rules felt unwelcoming / aggressive, yet the other guests didn't honor them. - Roommate dynamics; most guests are long term, so you have to deal with cleanliness issues, etc. - Co-host inappropriately offered for me to come do "men's only nude yoga" at his house - Distance to Old Town Arvada is not as walkable as they say - No parking on premises made things difficult

Trevor was a great host and very responsive. If anything came up he would reply within minutes. Great value for money, would definitely book again!

Trever was great. Handled any and all questions quickly and was a great way for me to move to Denver. Truly appreciative to have been able to stay here.

This is a great location. Great peacefulness with lots of quiet time. Would recommend this place to anybody interested in the location.
