Comfortable house in very safe neighborhood, centrally located. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 10 min away from beaches, 20 min from LA downtown, 10 min from LB downtown, 25 min from Disneyland, 5 min from metro. There are 2 houses on one big property. Area in the middle with small pool is shared area. This house has a private zen garden backyard. Note: the pool is small and not for swimming, but more less for just dipping. This house has 2 bedrooms, plus a bonus sun room. The common area between houses is a shared area between guests. Please: Be polite and considerate. Quiet time after 10pm, unless guests in both front and back house agree to a later time. Feel free to use musical instruments, bodyboards, beach towels, and beach blankets. When using the common area, please clean up after yourself and your pets. Trash bins are at the entrance by the street. Please, no outside guests overnight that are not noted in Airbnb reservation. No fireworks. No smoking inside of the houses. Smoking outside is OK. Street cleaning is every Tuesday from 12pm to 4pm, please move your car if parked on the street to avoid ticket. Feel free to use BBQ, smoker, and fire pit. Have nice day, stay safe.
