We rented this home so we could have a visit to the nation’s capital as temporary locals. This beautiful home hit it out the park. Check in was a breeze. The hosts were extremely responsive to my check in questions. Really though there were absolutely no issues at all during the entire stay. This is a very spacious and thoughtfully furnished home. The bedding is first class, we all slept soundly. Very quiet at night in a very safe neighborhood with many families out walking dogs, pushing strollers during the day. Parking was available right outside the front door. Cleanliness was 10/10. Not even a speck of dust. There many reasons to stay here, I will list a few: Location-literally across the street from Eastern Market, where you can find basic staples and gourmet foods, as well as specialty items. 5 minute walk to a Metro stop. Trader Joe’s 5 minute walk. Harris Teeter 5 minute drive, but seriously-ditch the car. In Capitol Hill. Beautiful, extremely safe neighborhood. Very walkable. Door to Air and Space Museum is probably <20 minutes total by transit., <10 minutes by Lyft/Uber. High end kitchen for a cooking family- this kitchen is not just thrown together, it is spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the espresso maker every morning. The cooker and other appliances are restaurant grade. Very well stocked with utensils/implements. We enjoyed going to Eastern Market to plan an end of the day meal and creating it back at the house. Luxurious-everything about this location is high quality, well kept, and well thought out. There is even a cool deck on the roof with amazing views. The photos do not do this place justice. You will not be disappointed. Relaxing-no stress because everything was great! Thanks for having us, we would definitely stay again.

Great location in DC, close to great places, beautiful house and sparkling clean. The rooftop is to die for, wish we were here in the summer to enjoy it more. It’s everything you imagine it to be!

Absolutely beautiful and stylish home in a friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery, landmarks, scenic and historic destinations. Easy parking on street.

Better than pictured - great stay in an updated home in a fun neighborhood. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern and clean, beds are comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. We felt very safe walking to and from shopping and restaurants in the area and finding street parking was never a problem. Hosts were awesome to communicate with and very responsive - and they even put up some holiday decorations for us which made everything so festive! Highly recommend!
