Our Maison Gecko has 4 guest rooms and a studio. All accomodations have access to a kitchen as well as a balcony and the garden incl. a small but inviting pool. Free wifi available. Guestroom "Palmier" is a small double room with a double bed (140x190cm) and adjoining private balcony area. The private bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible via a separate entrance directly next to the room. Palmier has a private bathroom accessible via a separate entrance directly next to the room. In addition, a part of the balcony is reserved for this room. Free parking is available either directly in front of the house or in a parking across the street. Breakfast is served either in the garden or inside depending on the weather conditions. In addition, we offer Table d'hôtes (joint dinner with us and other guests) on request and for an extra fee.

Sin duda el mejor alojamiento de todo nuestro viaje. Meike y Martina fueron unas anfitrionas de primera. Muy amables y atentas. Toda la casa en general estaba súper limpia. Además tienen una pequeña piscina para remojarse y luchar contra el calor. El punto fuerte es el desayuno contundente que ofrecen con el que te quedarás super satisfecho. ¡Recomendamos 200% el hospedaje. Saludos!
Deux hôtes très accueillantes serviables et souriante
Je vous recommande a 1000% Meika & Martina nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et convivialement tout en réservant notre intimité. Elles ce sont adaptées à votre demande, on fait de notre séjour inoubliable. Très disponible, très bonne communication avec des bonnes adresses pour nous faire découvrir la région. La maison est très bien située dans un petit village très bien desservi à 10 min de Narbonne et 20 min de la plage. La chambre est décoré avec soins et tout le confort, très propre ++ le plus est la terrasse privé très bien équipée.( salon, transat..) Accès au jardin et la piscine sans vis à vis parfaite pour vous détendre.. merci encore 1000 fois à Martina & Meike pour cette accueil ..
Petite maison d’hôte très accueillante. Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans ce logement. De plus nous disposions de la chambre avec la petite salle de bain privée et avec une jolie terrasse. Un merveilleux petit déjeuner servis sur la terrasse avec des petits délices sucrés faits par les hôtes eux mêmes. Nous recommandons très fortement d’aller y séjourner. Nous y retournerons au retour de nos vacances
un excellent séjour dans cette belle chambre d'hôtes. Martina et Meike ont été aux petits soins. Je recommande chaudement !

Ornaisons is a small village but several shops like a grocery store and a wine shop also selling bread and croissants as well as cheese and cold cuts are available within walking distance. In addition, we've a restaurant and a tapas bar. If you like fresh vegetables, you can directly buy them from several greengrocers.
In order to discover the region it's good to have your own car. Ornaisons is very well situated to discover the region being it the ancient Roman town of Narbonne, going swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, hiking or biking through the nearby hills or visiting the World Heritage Site of the Cité in Carcassonne, there are endless possibilities to spend your holiday.

Hello, Welcome to Ornaisons in the beautiful and sunny (most of the time;-) South of France! For the past 4 years we rented out the guest room in our Munich apartment to a large number of local and international guests - an experience we enjoyed very much. In addition, we stayed in quite a number of different Airbnbs during our own travels. Some months ago we took the decision to not longer only talk about our "dream" but to implement it for real. The result is us moving to the Occitanie region in Southern France and opening our own B&B named Maison Gecko (please see our own Maison Gecko website). We're now offering 4 guest rooms (sleeping a maximum of 9 people) incl. breakfast and one studio for up to 4 persons. All of the accommodations are listed separately in Airbnb. However, should you be interested in renting several rooms, please send me a message. Because I had the chance to travel and live in quite some places I speak several languages and thus love to use them regularly by meeting new people. You're welcome to contact me in German, English, French, Spanish and Italian. I also love sports; I go running a lot, hiking, taking yoga classes (since February 2020 I'm a qualified yoga teacher), etc. Apart from setting up our Maison Gecko, we enjoy very much discovering this beautiful region in order be able to provide our guests with lots of tips regarding interesting places to visit or activities to undertake during your stay with us. Pour les 4 dernières années nous avons loué une chambre dans notre appartement à Munich. Nous avons logé des hôtes venant des différents pays et nous avons beaucoup aimé cette expérience. En plus, pendant nos propres voyages nous sommes déjà rester dans plusieurs Airbnbs. Il ya quelque mois seulement que nous avons décidé de réaliser notre "rêve" et de venir en France pour ouvrir notre Maison Gecko-Chambres d'hôtes (s.v.p. visitez notre site internet Maison Gecko). Nous offrons 4 chambres (max. 9 personnes) avec petit déjeuner et un studio (max. 4 personnes), petit déjeuner en option. Personnellement, j'adore faire du sport - je fais du jogging, de la randonnée et participe aux cours de yoga (en Février 2020 j'ai obtenu mon diplôme de prof de yoga). En plus, nous adorons de voyager en Occitanie pour découvrir cette belle région afin d'être capable de vous donner des recommandations pour des excursions et des activités pendant votre séjour chez nous.
