I chose this place because it said it was close to the Ocean Center, and man it was literally SO close! Absolutely perfect when you have someone performing and need to go back and forth! Looks just like the pictures as well! Everything was great!

Sure! Here's a draft for your review: I recently stayed at Chris's Air B&B during my trip to Daytona, and I have nothing but praise for the experience. The place itself exudes coziness and cleanliness, making it immediately feel like a home away from home. Its proximity to the convention center—just a short walk away—added a layer of convenience that greatly enhanced my stay, particularly since my visit was centered around an event there. Chris has done an excellent job in maintaining the property, ensuring every corner is spotless and every amenity is in perfect order. The attention to detail is evident, and it's clear that the comfort and satisfaction of guests are top priorities. It was a little unnerving parking a block away but I had no issues during my stay so it all worked out very well. Thanks Chris

Not a bad place at all looks like the photos but needs to be deep cleaned and updated but the parking was definitely a issue especially if with a two year old walking that far to and from the car but wasn’t the worst

The place was a great location stayed there for Bike Week . They provided two residential parking passes, but did not inform us that you could not use them for motorcycles. We had nowhere to park our bikes that we felt safe or comfortable with also had to pay additional for three nights for each bike. That was an added cost because we had to park in public lots and make sure they were secure, which we did not like. There is no parking close to the rental property.  Also, the lock was a little sticky had to do it a few times before it opened. Head room to have a full kitchen expected to be cooking often, but there was no stove.  they had a portable stove top burner set of two that didn’t work so well and took a while to heat up. We expected to be cooking all weekend and didn’t use the kitchen once because there was only a coffee pot and microwave.

The location was great, the space was nice, and Chris was very responsive and attentive. The keypad to get in did not work consistently but we eventually got it.
