We had a great stay at Brian's place. The contactless check in was great and we were so appreciative that we were able to check in early with our pet. The condo is so cute and well-appointed. It's just a short walk to downtown, and a quick drive to area winery and breweries. The bed was so comfortable, and we felt right at home. Check out was a breeze. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Our first visit to Falmouth, MA for Thanksgiving. It was a wonderful location, clean and tidy. We were pleased with the host's email clear instructions. Thank you for making our visit very enjoyable and memorable.

Great place to stay. The local restaurants are walkable including the beach

The house was very nice and clean. Some confusion on the exact address as the email referenced Main 22 and did not include the actual address (while the airbnb site did). The walk to the beach is pretty long (25 min) but it was good exercise. The two biggest negatives were: 1. No comfortable space to sit to watch tv in the living area and 2. no closets to hang clothes. There is an hanging rod in both bedrooms but they are at a height that allows shirks/dresses to lay against the floor. Overall, we had a very nice time and the location of the place was perfect for us. We did not luck out with good weather, but we took that chance given the time of the year.

Dear Brian, my party and I had a marvelous time in Falmouth and your unit contributed to our pleasant stay in Cape Cod. Best features of your accommodation was its cleanliness, the closeness to downtown and beach and grocery ( all within 5-10 minutes walks). We felt very safe and encouraged to explore our surroundings. Our dog did its best to scare the bunnies at night. We appreciate the sun umbrellas and patio at our disposal.
