This is the second time we have had the pleasure of being hosted by Sebastiaan. He is a top rate host. He made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in and continued to be available to answer any questions we had about the house or the area. We would not hesitate to rent this home or others he hosts when we need to get out of the cold gray winter of home and enjoy the sunshine!

We spent 5 weeks at this beautiful Oro Valley home. Easy check in and communication with our host. The house was what we expected and more for our family. The views are incredible. The house had ample supplies and comforts of home. We opted to heat the pool which was necessary during the time (oct/November). Having grocery stores and food nearby was a bonus. Lots to do within 20-30 minutes drive.

There aren't enough words to share how special this home is. It encourages zen and yet is spacious enough to work, work out and the view is next level - it is priceless from morning till night. The pool is perfect, the outdoor spaces comfortable and the home has every appliance and bowl you can think of. And the speaker system is perfection inside and out. The location is also as good as it gets. You can walk to everything you need and the biking and running trails in this community are designed into the landscape and perfectly laid out to feel the gorgeous immersive nature of the local area. Sebastiaan is one of a kind - if you could script the perfect host, he is it. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable and a new friend. The historical reviews are warranted and earned. The experience is as good as it gets on AirBnB and we plan to return.

We are avid AirBNB gals and Sebastian was truly the best host we’ve ever had. Super welcoming and attentive to ensuring our stay was all we hoped it would be. The house is fabulous. Well maintained and a well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is lovely. Great view, large grill and outdoor fireplace that we used on the coolest night while catching up on shows on the outdoor television. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

The house was amazing and Sebastiaan knocked it out of the park with his hospitality, that even included a personalized welcome basket! Everything was super clean, smelled fresh and was up to date. The out door living space was perfect and provided an ideal environment for relaxation and escape with breath taking views of Pusch Peak and the surrounding Santa Catalina Mountains. The location of the house provided easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and other conveniences a just minutes away. In addition, hiking trails and bike paths are near by, allowing a quick escape into nature. We can't wait to get back to Oro Valley and book this house again! Thanks Sabastiaan
