Enkel og grei leilighet sentralt i Nice. Kort vei til matbutikk og togstasjon. Kanskje litt for enkelt utstyrt kjøkken, om man liker å lage mat. Ellers helt topp!

A very bright space, with lots of local amenities close by. Great location. Our host was very responsive. Ps - Dont be caught out and leave keys in the front door when you close it - or you will have a hefty locksmith fee to pay!! (Doh!)

We lived the apartment. It was clean and the main room was beautiful. It was full of natural light, high ceilings and great windows. The bathrooms were both very clean with a bathtub in the main bathroom along with an excellent washing machine. Both bedrooms were excellent and very quiet at night. The kitchen is also very good. We were there for the month of February 2024 and cooked many meals in the apartment. There is a great market in the Liberation district about 4-5 blocks north of the apartment on Avenue Jean Medecine. There is also a Monoprix supermarket one block south of rue d’Italie on Ave Jean Medicine. There is also the main market in Cours Selaya in the Old Town of Nice. All in all an excellent apartment that met all our expectations and was a huge part of our overall enjoyment of Nice. Highly Recommended. Kellie & Brian
