Rock Hollow Retreat was just that- a Retreat! We had a wonderful stay. We were able to meet both Amos and his wife who were super helpful and friendly. Having stayed in April the water was still cold but four of our kids still went in and used the slide. The paddle boats got their fair share of use as well. This property was so great for our family group. We are discussing coming next year with more people for a longer stay. I’m interested in seeing the shuffle board and pickleball area completed. My only “complaint” would be that the washer and dryer are very small and it was difficult to keep up with towels since we had 12 people bathing or swimming almost everyday. However, there were amply towels. We never ran out of hot water. There are two rooms adjoining and just to clarify (because I wasn’t sure from pictures) the bunkbed room is the first room at the top of the stairs with another room off of it. Future guests: there are very limited spices/oil and such options for cooking.
We had best time for Eid holiday with friends and family. It’s clean and had everything you need to cook, BBQ or enjoy
This house was perfect for our family gathering. The house was in great shaped and well stocked with essentials, and the kids loved playing on the grounds. Overall an A+ rental!
I don’t even have words to describe how magical Rock Hollow Retreat is! We came in March so we weren’t able to take advantage of swimming in the UNBELIEVABLY GORGEOUS swimming pond. But the kids LOVED boating around, and playing along the beach. The property is so spacious and peaceful. The trampoline, play set and basketball hoop were such a hit. AND THAT FIRE PIT. Oh it’s just perfect. Juliana and Amos were SO responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. And Amos left the most delicious apple pie for us. Like seriously. It was a ridiculously good pie. Paul Hollywood would have shook his hand. Cannot wait to go back and swim!!!!!!
stay for 4 night it was wonderful beautiful land. great amenities. easy check in. met ones of the host such a sweet gentleman! Julia was easy to get in contact with. gotta come back my family had a wonderful time
