I really enjoyed my stay at Vivian’s. She quickly responded whenever I had any questions and was always willing to help. Besides, I really liked the room and the apartment as a whole. It’s definitely worth a visit.

Had a great time at Vivian’s place! Fantastic location near Bloor West Village, lovely home and everything is as pictured. I was also grateful the other tenants were respectful of cleanliness and noise levels. Would recommend!

The accomodation was as on the pictures, in nice and calm neighborhood. Sufficient privacy. Vivien was helpful. I didn't like that there was no general cleaning during the whole month of my stay. All guests did their best to keep everything clean, but still some general cleaning should be provided. Expect that there is cold in the room. The room is situated in a basement of a house with central air condition which means insufficient heating in winter and air conditioning in summer although the basement is cold enough. The house is situated quite far from the downtown. The transport system in Toronto is slow and unreliable, so expect at least 45 min to get into downtown (of course depending on the station you need to get to).

Had a great month & a half’s stay at Vivian’s place. The room is nice and spacious. The location is excellent, really nice neighbourhood. Subways a short 10 minute walk away with quick access to downtown core. Would totally recommend.

My month-long stay at Vivian's apartment was great. I found the location perfect for what I was looking for, it is very safe and peaceful but it is also only a 40-minute subway journey to downtown if you're looking to do less peaceful things. I also enjoyed how close the apartment is to High Park! The apartment itself had everything I needed to live and remote work for the whole month. Whenever I needed any help with anything Vivian was very quick to respond and also would occasionally message with local suggestions of things to do. Overall I was extremely happy with my stay and would definitely stay with Vivian again!
