This was the worst airbnb experience of my life and I travel a lot! Don't let g00gle maps fool you, a few blocks down and the neighborhood turns into a crack town. If you are a single woman, steer clear! There was ZERO PRIVACY! The paranoid owner lives on the property which wouldn't be an issue if she didn't EAVESDROP on my phone conversation with my mother, that essentially led her to assume that I snuck a pet in because she overheard someone (my mother) scold her pet. The entrance door is made of glass & the only thing that is separating you & the outside is a MESH curtain, which I didn't notice until I saw the owner have a party outside while I lay in bed, that's also next to the door. Karen watched us from her window every time we went in and out – which also led her to assume that we snuck in a dog because of all the boxes & blankets we brought in after driving down from NY the same day. Btw, dogs bark all the time in case you didn't know. Airbnb agreed & issued a refund!

I really love staying at Karen’s Guest house it’s so cute, private and cozy. Love, love the soaking shower and the private patio to sit and read. She’s so warm and welcoming I hated to leave. A sense of peacefulness and serenity.

This was a beautiful stay! So close to the Kia Forum. Inside was nice and clean, I felt very at home. Karen was very quick and easy to communicate with.

Karen is an amazing host , makes it really easy. Minutes from The Forum, SoFi Stadium and LAX.
