Accommodation has a noticeable stale/Smokey smell. When brought up to management- super responsive and sent someone to apply a deodorizer- however it simple masked the smell temporarily. Management confirmed others had complained of it previously. Smell is likely locked in carpets, furniture or paint… deodorizer won’t fix. They were responsive and cooperative for us to reduce our stay.

We absolutely loved the place! Very clean throughout, except for 1 pillowcase. There were only 2 steak knives, a lot of butter knives, could use more forks and spoons, along with serving utensils. Well stocked with plates, bowls, cups and basic condiments (salt pepper, ketchup, mustard etc). Beds were comfy. I'd highly recommend staying here. Quiet building. We will definitely be back!! Excellent host!

Great location next to one of the parks/beaches. Clean unit, comfy beds minus the one in the den, likely more suitable for a child. Pool and hot tub amenities were great. Only downside was deck was facing parking lot. Very communicative prior when we thought we might have had to change our dates.

The pool and hot tubs were our favourite part of our family vacation. Very easy to communicate with and with instant replies/answers/ help. Clear instructions. Very nice place. The beds and bedding and pillows were so cozy. We loved our stay.
