Vianna and David's place is a terrific spot for getting away in PEC. The home has lots of space - more than was needed for us 6 adults. It is situated on the quiet Bay of Quinte, and sitting on the dock or gazebo overlooking the water is very relaxing. We hardly heard or saw other people during our stay there, so it was very peaceful. We loved it! The area that the cottage is situated is away from the "main towns" of Wellington/Bloomfield/Picton. So going for dinner was more of a drive than if one was closer, but the drives were easy and pleasant, so we did not mind at all. We preferred to be away from the bustle and so were happy that we were not "in town". Others have commented about the water usage issue. We were careful using the water (something we should do more of for environmental reasons anyways), but it was really not a problem. Vianna and David were very responsive to any questions or minor issues. Future guests should check if the Ontario Parks Pass will be available during your stay. It was during ours, which is a nice perk, but unfortunately we did not know that in advance and had already paid for a day pass (only $15/20, but if you can save yourself that money, why not?). Just make sure you reserve your spot online anyways, and indicate that you have a pass (you need to have the pass #). Thanks Vianna and David! We want to come back already!

We had a lovely time at Vianna’s! The home is beautiful and the sunset views are breathtaking. Watching them from the dock while doing some fishing (we brought our own rods but there are some available there) was a favourite activity. The rooms are all comfortable and the a/c worked well. There were extra towels and big bags that you can borrow for the beach as well as a washer and dryer. The only thing we didn’t love was that there was a note saying to be mindful of water consumption since it’s on a well and that if it ran out we would have to pay a $160 fee and may have to wait up to a day for the water truck. Given the price we paid for the stay, I didn’t feel that should have had to be a concern or at least the fee should be covered or the process more convenient if it happens. This did not end up happening to us thankfully but we were a group of 8 people who went to the beach daily so we had a bit of anxiety about it. Otherwise everything else was smooth, check in was very easy and the house is really well stocked with all the basics and more in terms of kitchen supplies and some extra fun things like life jackets, hot tub, fishing rods. The wifi worked quite well for a couple of our group members who had to do a bit of remote work including video calls. Those sunsets were magic and we thank Vianna and Dave for a really fun stay!

We loved our stay here! The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, the setting is lovely, and the sunsets are incredible. We greatly enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub and all the amenities of the home. We were mindful about the well water limitations that were in place during our stay and didn't have any problems. Would stay again!
