Our stay at this old logging property was a good time. My friends and I enjoyed using the canoe and fire pit as well as exploring the old abandoned logging facilities nearby. Bruno is a very responsive host and maintained the grounds during our stay. The actual Airbnb is what used to be living quarters for loggers back when the facility was up and running and was well kept and clean. The host stayed at a house right behind the living quarters so keep that in mind if privacy is a concern. The beach provides a wonderful view of the lake during the day and a stunning view of the stars during the night. Our only complaint was the excessive amount of geese feces around the property for which the host provided a shovel.
Great place for a big family or friends. Would be great to have air conditioning, but the river is close enough to ignore the heat.
