We love staying here it was our second visit and we stayed 6 weeks. It was wonderful!! The hosts are awesome always quick and so nice!! The place is clean, the kitchen is full with everything you need. There’s beach towels, beach gear, the beach right there in front of you, honestly this place has it all! Nice big TVs… we love it hoping to come back soon!! Thanks again ladies for a lovely stay!!! Xoxox

Great hosts and accommodations. The home is furnished very nicely and accurate to the listing. Steph and Amanda and great hosts. They respond very quickly and helped make sure everything went well. Would stay again.

You are right on the beach. You can’t see it from your room but you can hear it and get a tremendous breeze through the unit. The beach is a short walk and you have access to shopping and the port for several restaurants to choose. It’s a great location.

What a wonderful stay we had! We stayed a month at this lovely beachside condo. Everything is renovated and clean. You have everything you need and more, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach gear, etc. The balcony is amazing because you can eat out everyday. The place is very clean, very well taken care of, the pool is so warm and the beach is super easy access with a key literally 30 seconds right outside. And the hosts are wonderful and very quick responses! Will be back for sure and I highly recommend this place!!!!!

Great Value. Located close to pool and beach access. Friendly neighbors, easy parking. Plenty of guest parking. Close access to ride bikes to the Port and Cocoa Beach on dedicated bike paths. A1A rentals is just a mile down the road to rent bikes, beach wheel chairs and other beach equipment. Waters Edge Cafe is a bike ride away and was the best place for breakfast.
