The Good: Despite its age, the trailer has been well kept. The bed was comfortable enough, we slept well. There is no hot water in the trailer, so we just boiled water for dishes. The grounds are amazing! You can rent a golf cart to tour the grounds. The 9 hole golf course was great, we played it through a couple times and really enjoyed it. There's an AMAZING view from the top of hole #2. The staff were all friendly and hospitable. There are a few other camper/tent sites available, check their website for info. The bad: We were advised we would need to use the clubhouse bathroom for most of our "business" and showers. The clubhouse bathrooms were very dirty for the first full day we were there. Even after they were cleaned they were still a bit dirty. The listing showed that breakfast was included. We asked about it but didn't get a straight response (or breakfast). We felt everything else about the listing was accurate. Overall, we recommend staying here.

Theo’s newly acquired Springdale has a full kitchen with propane stove, refrigerator, cutting board, forks and knives. Washroom could be used for both No. 1 and 2 , which saves you a trip to the clubhouse washroom. You just need to flush a couple of times and make sure the job is done. The heater that was just added to the RV is a must in a cold day. Some tips for heating in the night, open the washroom door to 90 degree and it’s acting like the bedroom door, now you can heat only the bed area and that will make it warm enough. Do get the golf tour with Theo and he will tell you all the interesting stories about the site :) Finally, love love the maple trees.

Theo is a wonderful host!! Very responsive and helpful! The place is amazingly beautiful and tidy! Theo also gives a tour around the golf course which is actually very helpful to know the surroundings!! My dad really enjoyed the evening nature walk tour too. Will be definitely back again !!!
