This is a true gem. The cutest, most beautiful home and even better than the pictures! Place was spotless when we arrived, Julia was so helpful and sent us a comprehensive list of everything we needed as well as all the local recommendations. The area is beautiful and there are so many nice walks and restaurants nearby. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

The space looked even better than the photos and was very comfortable — a real oasis. Fair warning that it was more like a 30min walk to the train station so I’d catch the bus if that sounds daunting. (Maybe we’re just slow walkers though… Google maps did send us on a slightly slower route.)

Great stay. Julia was responsive and super helpful and kind. Really cute little cottage. Lovely and clean and the most comfortable bed ever!

We had such a lovely stay at Julia’s property over the Easter break. It was perfectly located for local walks with our dog and relaxed pub lunches in the nearby villages. Bottle House Inn was a particular favourite. The property was gorgeous and spacious upstairs with a fabulous bath. Highly recommended!

We have just enjoyed a relaxing break at Julia’s place. It really is as lovely as you see in the pictures, with the upstairs (bedroom and bathroom) being more spacious than expected. Set in a great location, within easy walk able reach from the station and the town. Wadhurst and its surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful. All in all a perfect getaway just over an hour from London.
