We had a great stay over Christmas. The house is lovely, beautiful views. Natasha a perfect host, available but not intrusive. The house, decorated for Christmas was warm & welcoming on our arrival. The position of the house was fantastic, in beautiful peaceful countryside, but only a 10 minute drive from restaurants, bars and shops of Tunbridge Wells & if you didn't want to drive, there was a bus stop at the end of the lane. Our dog benefited from the secure garden and the lovely walks. Overall it met my expectations, but I do feel I need to mention the mezzanine in the second bedroom - you really need to feel comfortable with whoever you are sharing this room with as there is not much privacy. My two sons plus girlfriends were allocated this room and it really wasn't ideal. Having said this, it is not a criticism of the property description which was accurate, I knew what I was booking, it just wasn't ideal for us. If you can cope with that, I would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was excellent and the view was amazing, a real treat to enjoy. Natasha was very responsive when we had a query. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return ourselves.

We were blown away by the beautiful views and wonderfully done up home from home. Thank you to Tash and her lovely family for making our Iron Man event a breeze - we will most definitely be back!
