Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment is spacious and practical. It is warm without the need for heating. The location is quite good although outside of the main Paris ring. It is 40-60' from the city center with public transport. Bus station nearby and then another metro/train/bus needed to reach Paris city center. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. My only advice for the host is to pay attention on the written guidelines. The instructions to enter the apartment were incomplete and we had trouble to enter. Also we had difficulty to find the building garbage collection room. Other than that, our stay was very nice.

The apartment is nice and aligned with the pictures. Raquel was responsive. As mentioned by the other reviews, the ceiling is really low and it is really easy to bump your head on it even for short people. But we knew this before going so expected it. However, the instruction to get into the apartment were not clear at all, the code to open the gate was incomplete and the number to open the key box was incorrect so we had to call someone to get the correct codes. When we got in the flat, the smell of cigarette / smoking was awful and very strong, we had to buy several odor repellent and did not manage to get rid of it due to lack of ventilation mostly in both bathrooms. The table in the dining room was damaged (most probably water damaged) so was the couch in the living room not making it an enjoyable space. Due to all these factors we spent very little time in the apartment and ate mostly outside. This was not the experience we expected and that we are used to on airbnb.

All was really nice and good. Apartment was clean and big enough for 6 adults. We really enjoyed the stay and the area was very calm and we had there all what we needed. Near by the apartment there is an amazing pizza to try :) (La Fattoria). Merci Raquel.
