Welcome to pet friendly modern luxury right on the Blanco river with A/C and super fast internet The home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with every modern convenience located on over 3 acres with hundreds of feet of riverfront. The cabin has a main bedroom with a queen bed, closet and private full bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 full size bunkbeds and hall bath with walk-in shower. Kitchen with island and seating for 4, coffee/latte machine with whole beans and a grinder, Instant Pot, and slow cooker. Snacks and cooking supplies at your disposal. A separate laundry in the mudroom with Blomberg HE washer/dryer, we provide detergent. Comfy living room with large TV and Xbox, propane stove for cool nights and a sofa with pull out ottoman. Relax with fast Starlink internet service for Roku TV and work (if you must!). Bedrooms and living room have split units for cooling and heat when needed. Pets welcome (be sure to reserve a spot for your pet), please have tie up lines and leashes for the yard and neighborhood as well as bags for cleaning up. Enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing under umbrellas and a hammock for enjoying the amazing views and sounds of the river. Try some fishing just steps from the cabin in the stocked river. The land across the street is part of our property and you have full access to the river from there as well. Sit on the deck star gazing and be amazed at the night sky. Hike from the Cabin to National Forest land just up the road. Wolf Creek is 45 minutes from our driveway to the parking lot. The town of Pagosa Springs is only a 12-mile (20 min) drive where you will find the hot springs, grocery stores, retail shops, restaurants, art galleries, and much more. Archuleta Country VRP035754

This was our second time staying at Valarie's and we again had a wonderful stay! Valarie and her husband are awesome hosts and we truly felt right at home. We highly recommend staying here! Clean, close to town, private, cozy and beautiful surroundings! You will not regret booking your stay here!
We were absolutely pleased with this booking and location. Our trip was way too short to explore and fully enjoy the entire area but the Airbnb was stunning and provided most of the amenities people would need for a vacation. We met Valerie and got some more info about the area. She was so kind and her dogs are absolutely adorable. Our pup got to play with them for a little in their nice open yard! Overall was such a fun trip at a beautiful location.
What a perfect little relaxing place for an escape from the real world! This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!
Valerie and her husband were amazing hosts. Their place was very clean and comfortable. In a great location with beautiful views of the mountains and river. We were ecstatic to get snow everyday we were there which made the beautiful scenery look like a winter wonderland. Made for some great skiing as well. When we had the scare of a lifetime with our youngest child they were quick to help us in any way they could. (We thought he got out of the house but he was quietly watching his tablet inside a tote his daddy brought with the lid on in the master bedroom. 🥰😆 Scared is an understatement and pure fear and panic had set in when we knocked on their door to see if he had wandered over to their house.) We will never forget their kindness and help in such a scary moment. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We hope to be able to return soon and maybe get a little fishing in on the river.
We loved our stay at Valarie's! The house was exactly as pictured-clean, cozy and very comfortable for our family of 3. The location was beautiful, close to town and Wolf Creek which we absoutely loved. We would definitely recommend this home to others and we plan to visit again.
