My husband & I stayed here at the Sandpiper for a week and it was the absolute best. The photos doesn't do this beautiful property justice. Everything was top-notch, clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay immensely. For those that don't know, Carlsbad Blvd is a major road so there will be road noise during the day if you're hanging out on the patio which didn't bother us at all. If you're inside and close the sliding door, then it blocks out the road noise fairly well. On the days we chose not to go down to the beach. We hung out on the patio which was an awesome option to have. The only recommendation I would make is to put a small umbrella out on the patio for added shade. I love to read from my tablet/phone and so the added shade would've help with the reflection. It didn't stop us from hanging outside tho. What we paid was well worth the money and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much to Nancy for all of your help throughout the process from beginning to end. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

Can't say enough great things about our amazing stay. Hearing the waves at night never gets old and the perfect location literally steps from the beach is what make the best vacation. Add the numerous bonuses such as the gourmet kitchen, ocean front balcony, your own private BBQ grill, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry in the unit, there's nothing else to need! This place was beautiful and convenient and close to the beach. It was perfect for our small family. They communicated with us and make sure all our needs were met. We would definitely come back again!

Beach Views and ocean breeze! We have rented with this management company before. The units/homes are very CLEAN and that is why we keep booking with them. The kitchen had the tools (all in good condition) needed for cooking. Foil, saran wrap, not included. Plenty of quality paper towel, garbage bags and TP. They include a new olive oil, salt and pepper. Don’t expect to find left behind spices and condiments; this only adds to the clean atmosphere! You will also find coffee pods and machine. Towels appear fresh and new. Bed was comfortable. There is road noise (with doors open) as you should expect by the pics. This was not an issue for us. During week nights the activity drops off. The outside of the building is older but don’t let it affect your decision to stay. The parking space is a big bonus and is also well maintained. Beach access is right across the street. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from. CLEAN, host very quick to respond, parking spot, beach access, book it.

Loved this stay. Great communication, location is perfect and worked perfectly for our little family. We definitely would stay again! & hope too!
