We really liked the location and situation of the lodge, it's a great spot and the size and layout of the lodge was spot on. There is an opportunity to provide a few more of the basics that would normally be expected, which slightly impacts the value. Claire was responsive and helpful - thank you.
Such a lovely experience and bank holiday weekend away. Communication was free flowing with the host and co-hosts. Easy to follow instructions and helpful information. Claire greeted us and met us on check out. Claire was very friendly and helpful with great recommendations. Such a beautiful lodge and such a peaceful area we would love to visit again x

I'm an airBNB host with a couple of properties - one in Oxford and one on the edge of the Peak District - which is also where I live with my large family and many animals. Apart from hosting guests and making people welcome, I keep deer in our large deer park and, if staying with us in the Peak district, you are more than welcome to a tour to meet some of our residents. I'm also a management consultant and travel extensively. That means I know what it is like to be made welcome and what people need from a home away from home.
