Cozy cottage with great deck! As is stated in the listing, it is on a well traversed road, so there can be traffic sounds of the cars rushing by. Suggestion to turn around in the business across the street was great to be safe going back and forth from town. Cute kitchen, cozy linens, nice entertainment system for a relaxed getaway. Quick trip to Main St Highlands for restaurants and shops.

The heating and cooling system is undersized and is not able to heat the residence in a sufficient time. Upon entry the unit was about 45 degrees inside.

we needed a convenient place to stay for a wedding at the Farm at Old Edwards. It was just down the road, making this thw perfect location. There were lots of great restaurants and town close by with walking trails. This spot is quaint and small, and in the winter, take full advantage of the heated blankets and fireplace!

This place is a mixed bag! Communication/access were great! And the location is really good, the listing is upfront about traffic/being close to the road, so it was fine. The other review advising to pull into the business up the road and do a uturn to pull into the drive if you go to the Highlands each day is smart! And you can bring your dog - great! The back porch is also really nice, and they have everything you need in the house! Price is good! So the not great stuff - the backyard isn't really usable, its overgrown and really not inviting at all. 3 steps to the yard from the back porch at end by the trash cans would help, now you have to go out the front door and back through a different gate. There is no where to walk a dog, just space for a quick out. The house is small which is fine, but there is just stuff everywhere and no where to really put your belongings - you use a bed to put your stuff on, it is fine if you don't need to use them all.
