Ken and his team were communicative, proactive, easy to work with, and extremely helpful. Ken was flexible and accommodating. the kitchen was well cared for. the bathrooms were well designed and clean. the linens are nice. ample seating provided throughout the home. next to highway 1 with access to everything coastal. we saw 3 beach towns in 1 day and came back to a comfy space. The neighbors are kind and welcoming. the neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. my son biked to the park each day. Tissue boxes, pens, games, tvs, and work desk were all provided. steps were well lit and safe. we were grateful to have met Ken and his team.

Such a beautiful open environment. Views and interior were great. We had a fabulous family Christmas. The hosts were friendly and helpful and created a wonderful atmosphere and experience for us! Thank you! Our time in your home exceeded all expectations.
