Amazing views! Gorgeous beachfront home on Big Rock Beach. Enjoy the Malibu lifestyle beach house taking full advantage of the dramatic and amazing ocean & Queens Necklace city light views. Very light and bright with 3 decks over the sand. Cannot get closer to waves with private access to beach. *** No recent reviews or superhost status due to rental pause with construction next door. **Pictures are accurate EXCEPT all balcony railings are wire with a top wood rail for better views. This home has unique ocean views from the dining and living room areas downstairs and the front bedroom upstairs . Open, light and bright spaces. The views from up here are panoramic with unobstructed views up and down the coast. Santa Monica, Palos Verdes, and Catalina Island can be seen towards South East and incredible Malibu, Point Dume views towards North West as well as beach and whitewater views directly in front of the home! Plentiful sea life can be seen including dolphins and seals and seasonally whales.

What a perfect place! It has everything: location, view, amenities, I could keep going. Dean & Nathen were really hospitable, we look fwd to hopefully renting again.

Our place is located in Malibu, California, United States.
This beach house is located in the Big Rock area of Malibu. Its location allows both quick and easy access to Santa Monica and the greater LA as well as also being just minutes from Nobu, the Malibu Pier, downtown Malibu, and Pacific Palisades.
The Big Rock area is unique and our stretch of beach is wet/dry meaning the amount of beach is entirely based on the tides (amount of sand) and the height of the tide. Views from this property include seals basking near Big Rock, dolphins, fish in the surf and Queen's necklace views.
This Malibu Beach home is ideally located approximately 45 minutes from LAX, 20 minutes from Santa Monica and just a few minutes to Nobu, Malibu Pier and downtown Malibu.
Extensive walking area on the beach (not at high tides) in both directions.
Small parking space in garage plus driveway and Uber / Lyft are readily available at this address.

Originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania I was always drawn to the local streams and lakes to fish and enjoyed camping in the Poconos. The annual vacation to a cabin on the bay in Truro, Cape Cod, Massachusetts and occasional visits to the New Jersey beaches were always fun. We've always enjoyed California and fell in love with Malibu. The coast, the weather and the wildlife is awesome. We especially like East Malibu as within 20-30 minutes you're in the best civilization has to offer. We enjoyed upgrading this property, and really enjoy the great local people we have met. The people who help maintain and clean the property are special and it's nice to be able to create opportunity for them while opening up our property for others to enjoy the property and the area the same way we do!
