Good: The room is lovely, and the ocean view is fantastic. Not good: Parking in the garage is a horrible experience. The wall of the garage is full of scratches. It is only good for compact cars to make turns. Things I hate: The building does not have access restrictions. Anyone can enter the building and knock at the door of any room. The host does not reply to the message or answer any questions. Warnings: My car was towed in the building’s parking lot. The lot was full of regular sedans and SUVs with the building’s parking permit, which I also hung. They towed my car simply because it was not big enough! Be careful of the security guy. He is not here to protect the guests but to tow the cars. Almost every day, I see other guests arguing with him for parking. I asked the host about any parking restrictions the moment I arrived, but no response at all. I asked the host to reimburse me for the towing fee, but he simply said no and then ignored me. Very irresponsible!!!

The view and having the beach across the street were my favorite perks. My family and I were able to enjoy the awesome view from the 22nd floor. The 3 elevators were fast. The central A/C was nice and cold. The massive California king sized bed was comfy. The shower pressure was amazing. The only downsides were the fruit fly infestation, I got a high score of about 33 fruit flies and then having the fumigator barge into the unit without any prior notice. The other inconvenience was having the fumigators set off the fire alarms on my floor and having to walk down 22 floors to the main lobby because the fire alarm/warning system said not to use the elevators. Also the parking is tight, make sure you know how to drive lol, but it had plenty of parking. Make sure you get a parking pass. The most important thing that I think the host should’ve mentioned was the dehumidifier. When I walked in, the dehumidifier was overflowing and I had to clean up the spill about a liter of water. The dehumidifier is a must have, it dried the bathroom fairly quick but I had to remember to empty it often. If you don’t empty the container it will flood the place which you can see evidence from previous guests, the floors was buckling in the living room. I guess the tank full sensor doesn’t work properly. I’m giving the visit 5 stars because the view and unit was well decorated and clean. Also the host had everything I needed to cook meals while I enjoyed the gorgeous view. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great and very clean place to stay. I had a few personal gripes such as communication with questions. When it says contact “guest contact” yeah they are completely useless unless you need cleaning. For what you pay honestly the value isn’t that great for me personally because I ride motorcycles and golf carts. Both of which are not allowed and I didn’t know till arriving. Not the owners fault but definitely inconvenient. Overall tho very nice clean place to stay. We enjoyed it and YES THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE.
