The place is literally in a perfect location. In the heart of Palma and you can walk everywhere from it. The place is very spacious and I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Now, there is a bar downstairs and you can hear them at night BUT you can use the fan as white noise and it works to block out the noise. Carlos provided great recommendations and met me for arrival. Highly recommend for your stay in Palma

Carlos was a great, professional host. Check in and out very easy, great communication. The apartment is in a great location, close to all the main areas and attractions. Very close to the cathedral, eating and entertainment areas and the seafront walk / cycle path. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. The only thing to note is the central plaza location also comes with a measure of noise, especially on the weekends. The bedroom soundproofing helps a lot, but if you are a light sleeper you may need a white noise machine or similar. We ended up buying a cheap table fan which did the trick! Overall, I would definitely recommend the apartment as a great value option in a fantastic location in Palma.

Location, location location..... this apartment was in the perfect spot. It's in a square surrounded by bars and restaurants. A 5min stroll to the cathedral and 2min walk to the waterfront. And our host Carlos was very helpful. AAA+++

Location is great. In summer it’s too loud to sleep with open windows, as there are lots of restaurants close by and bedroom windows are pretty low. Air con works well, beds are good and the roof top is gorgeous. We’d recommend the place and Carlos.
