You can visit the Exuma Flats in one direction (a great sandbar) or take an adventure walk to Cocoplum Beach in the other direction (one of Exuma's most popular beaches)... Or just spend your days lounging on our beach with a cocktail in your hand! When you stay with us you will be nestled in a small resort setting with thirteen quaint and newly built villas offering all the comforts of home! Keep in mind that our studios are more like hotel rooms (although more spacious than the typical hotel room and with a better view!) in that it's not a fully equipped kitchen. You will have a microwave, coffee maker and mini-fridge but this unit is not meant for cooking meals, necessarily. Our amazing Exuma Point Beach Bar & Grill is located right on the property and ready to look after you and your family.
