Alice’s and her husband were wonderful hosts. Helped us with our belongs which was a huge help. Even being in shape the hill going up to the cottage was a hike if we had to carry our stuff up. The place looked exactly what the photos had shown on there site. Although it was located on an island it wasn’t too private. After the weekend traffic was constant. Between lawn mowing and people in and out of the boathouse made for an unrelaxing day. Thankfully we had our boat to get away from the constant noise. After that our last few days were quiet and peaceful.

We come here for a fishing trip every year, the place is always as described. Furnished with cookware and a grill. Bring your food and drinks and everything else is there for you. Alice is very welcoming. Best value for the price. I’ll be back every year as long as Alice owns the property.

Stayed here for a fishing trip, it was perfect for the 4 of us with the addition of an air mattress we brought along. Place has everything you need to get away for a week! Thanks Alice!

We loved our stay! Alice and her family were very warm and welcoming. Along with everyone else we interacted with on the island. We a great day visiting the winery. The cottage’s location is perfect. It had amazing views with easy access to the large dock. Highly recommend! Our expectations were exceeded.

It's a perfect area. They had kayaks for us to use and were available if we needed them. Would recommend.
