Wir haben den Urlaub in Ioans Unterkunft sehr genossen. Sie ist wirklich besonders und liegt direkt am Meer. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation mit Ioan war sehr unkompliziert. Der letzte Abschnitt des Weges zur Unterkunft ist nicht gepflastert. Das war für uns aber kein Problem. Wir können die Unterkunft allen wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Simply stunning. Despite storms at the beginning of our trip, we didn’t miss a thing. Ioan’s home is so peaceful and comfortable, architecturally divine and amazingly fitted out. Almost two weeks of gloriously lounging on one or another of his terraces, dipping into the water for refreshing swims, and driving around to explore. My husband brought his cycling bike, and enjoyed hours exploring nice steep hills, beautiful views, and winding roads. Having a car was quite helpful with the weather, and to drive to different parts of Evia (Euboea). Ioan was so welcoming, and helpful with any questions. We found small local grocery stores, ate simply mostly at the house, and dined at some local restaurants. This area is wonderfully non-touristy. We could have easily stayed longer. If you are looking for someplace to check out of the hustle and bustle of a busy daily life, and to relax in serene surroundings (& meet some very sweet kittens and cats in the area), this is the place to stay.

Genuinely lovely house, exactly as in the photos. Perhaps the most peaceful place I've had the pleasure of going to. House has a lot of thoughtful details to make the stay easy and welcoming. Immaculately clean and meticulously looked after, a very easy house to be in and to enjoy. Breakfast on the terrace in the sun facing the bay is very special. A short path leads down to a deck on the sea where you can have a swim. House is a short and scenic drive away from the village where there are many restaurants, beaches with loungers and where you can watch the fishing boats come in during the morning and buy fresh fish. Being a relatively small village of about 200 people, I was impressed by how friendly and willing everybody was. A true gem of a house and the perfect place to spend time to recharge and relax or do more adventurous activities such as hiking some of the well known trails in the area. Ioan is a perfect host, giving you local ideas and eager to ensure your stay is perfect.

Loan is one of the greatest host I ever met! Gave us tons of help and advice! The property itself is a gem, modern with infinite sea view! if I have another chance will return here for sure.

The house is beautiful and right on the sea. We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend with friends. The house has everything you need to cook delicious meals at home and enjoy the beautiful sea. We came in the fall but look forward to enjoying the house again in the summer. Great spot year round! Thank you Ioan for being the most gracious host!
