The backyard and pool are certainly the stand-outs at this home! Beautiful property and easy to get around to local attractions. Almost everywhere we went was 15 minutes or much less. The living room was also lovely for everyone to congregate, and having 4 bathrooms was helpful for a big group. Three downsides: 1) We weren't able to use the table in the backyard for meals/snacks due to bees (5+ found us almost immediately and we had to retreat inside). 2) The two bedrooms in the basement are musty and at least one of the basement bathrooms has mold in the shower. Those that stayed in the basement rooms had semi-moist clothes upon departure (after 3 nights) that needed to be aired out. 3) Basement mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Such a beautiful Airbnb!! The pool was amazing and lots of rooms / space throughout the home :)

Well kept property in a good location very close to Baja Sardinia and decent nightlife, restaurants and supermarkets and even closer to a small local beach. Recently refurbished kitchen.

Very large, beautiful garden with pool. Plenty of space in the house, large living room. Equipment in the house (dishes, beds, etc.) should be renewed, as they are old and worn. Bathrooms partly very worn and plaster is peeling from the walls. Air in some bedrooms smells musty. Host is very friendly and helpful

Our experience with this Villa was ok! We arrived on a middle september sunday and were nicely welcomed. We had a stunning first impression, the garden, the pool and the porch are Amazing and very well maintaned; no doubt the best part of the house. Going inside we saw the big livingroom which is cozy and full of natural light. While Going downstairs we realized that there was something wrong with the smell of the Whole space, there was a strong smell of humidity and (fogna). We Also noticed lack of precision regarding the cleaning (there were lots of spider nets around the house). We called the property about those issues mentioned above and they sent Someone to try to fix the smell problem (but they did not) and Also the maid to clean some spider nets (even if later on with a better examination we found a lot more of those) We were pleased about the 4 bedrooms with double beds (it is very difficult to find it in Sardina) moreover even more pleased about the 4 bathrooms and also washing machine. Big plus! Also nice to found beach towels and beach umbrellas that we could use (suggest to write it in the description so the guests know that they could avoid to bring their own)
