Nestor made the check-in process very easy and was very responsive and helpful during our extended stay. The apartment is comfortable, well-furnished and close to everything. The building includes gym, pool, indoor parking and secured access. I highly recommend!

I stayed at Nestor's unit for a Month in June - July. Nestor was able to accommodate me for an extra night due to a change in my return flight. Nestor was very responsive to my questions. I enjoyed the location as restaurants, casinos, bars and the Riverwalk are all easily walkable. The security staff is great and very helpful. A benefit of being in a secured building is that I ordered a few times from Amazon during my stay and nothing was disturbed after delivery. I would definitely stay at Nestor's unit again. I highly recommend it as a base to explore the Reno area!

We had a wonderful month-long stay at Nestor’s! His place was perfect to explore Reno. We enjoyed our daily walks along the river as well as exploring the city in general, including some great nearby restaurants. The studio had everything we needed. Nestor was super responsive and friendly. Oh and with the amazing view, we didn’t need the TV!

Nestor was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure our pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything one needs for a longer stay. It's located in the heart of Reno's downtown and is within walking distance to the river, shops, casinos, and restaurants. A parking spot in the garage, washer and drier in the building, and a beautiful view from the window as an extra bonus. Highly recommended!
