Perfect place to stay. You can tell, from all of the lovely little touches in the loft, that Roy loves hosting. His communication is brilliant and he kindly accommodated a change to my stay. In the morning you will wake up to a chorus of beautiful birds singing in Roy's garden full of trees. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a brilliant AirBnB: the apartment is deceptively large, clean and newly decorated, and there is space for parking on the driveway. There were some nice touches, including fresh flowers, bread, milk, cereal and handmade soaps provided. It’s a great location for visiting Arundel Castle and we also caught the train from Barnham to Portsmouth. Barnham is a 15-20 minute walk away for takeaways, shops and the station.

We enjoyed our stay at Roy's place. The accommodation was beautifully furnished and fully equipped. The apartment was very clean and Roy had provided a few welcoming staples for our stay. I would highly recommend this property and will be booking again.

I really enjoyed sharing the experience of this charismatic, pet friendly loft conversion. In my opinion a great place to get away, indulge in beautiful landscapes, rich cultural heritage and wealth of wildlife. Overall the apartment was very well maintained and fully equipped. I had a lovely warm welcome for me and my dog, they even left out dog treats, flowers, provisions and toiletries! A very positive experience and will definitely be back!
