Amazing location. A short drive to restaurants and groceries but private. We appreciated the water and coffee left for us and the beach chairs were perfect! The home was spotless and the air conditioner kept us comfortable all night. We had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to be back soon!

My wife, 7 YO daughter and I had an amazing time at Pieter’s rental. The covered porch was a peaceful and dry place to relax, watch sunrise and sunsets. The master bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. The cleaning team left a 6-pack of local beer and ample supplies to enjoy our 5 days there. It was a short and enjoyable ride to town for groceries and meals out. Highly recommend a day (or two) out at Maho Bay if you’re looking for good beaches for kids. Perfect and budget friendly (compared to the local resort rates)!

Great location and well thought out. I have stayed here twice and plan to go back. Great views, clean, good minisplit hvacs and super close to Cruz Bay yet quiet.
