Fantastic villa in a great location close to beach (Ölüdeniz), Hisarönü strip, Kayaköy (ghost town) and Fethiye. Bus stops are only a few minutes walk away and there is a taxi button (there is a taxi button just outside the villa). Very private and peaceful. Bedrooms are a great size with all private bathrooms. Indoor pool area is stunning as are the grounds of the villa. Gizem was very informative and contactable throughout which is exactly what a host should be! Very happy with our April getaway ☺️

The house was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable which is a big plus for me. The sauna was great and the kitchen even though smaller than I’d imagined is workable and has everything you need. The fridge does beep at you even when the door was shut. The outside space is nice and private. As it was the end of October the pools were quite cold - but I’m sure in the hotter months they are exactly what you’ll need to cool down. It’s a 10 min walk from the main centre and an easy dolmus to the beech or fethiye. Great views of the mountains too. Gizem’s was quick to respond whenever we had a question especially about the outside lighting to the step access to the street.

Firstly so many lovely things to say about this villa. It’s beautiful, very clean, looks like the photos, spacious, peaceful, the host is very quick to respond, we loved the bbq area (top tip you need to provide your own disposable grill which we found a bit of a pain to source). We enjoyed the walk into town everyday and we really loved the sauna and Hamman. However, the reason we booked this villa over other (cheaper) ones was the “heated” indoor pool so our kids could enjoy the water regardless of weather as we knew the outdoor pool would be freezing in October. The heating for the indoor pool was not switched on for our arrival, took 2 days to warm up, then stopped working. So for a week’s stay it was warm for around 2 days which was a big disappointment for us. We had a fantastic holiday and would return but there are a few things that would elevate this villa for the price e.g sharp broken tiles poolside fixed and a welcome book to help us find our way in the area and house.

Would highly recommend this villa. The host was very nice and helpful and the location is perfect for night life and also eating out. It is also located near one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. I Will 100% be using this villa again. Thank you for an amazing stay :D

This villa was a perfect location for our week of rest and relaxation as a group of 4 friends. There was plenty in walking distance and it’s even better if you hire a car like we did as you can explore further afield (Fethiye Harbour, Cable Car, Beach Clubs all close by). The villa is clearly well looked after and very clean, we loved both the indoor and outdoor pools for relaxing and it’s not overlooked at all. Gizem is very responsive and checked-in with us pre arrival / departure and made it clear she was available for any queries throughout our stay - would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!
