I booked this through AirBnB, but Kasa is another service that’s like AirBnB. Both services rented me this place and there was a lot of confusing crosstalk and unclear instructions. The listing itself was great. Clean, perfect location, pool, laundry in the unit. The value was better than the nearby hotels, too. If I were the owner, I’d dump one of the listing companies and maybe leave some printed instructions about the checkout process.

great location. lots to do and eat in area. would recommend. The only problem we had was a slow drain in the bathtub.

Spent 3 nights in Austin at Kasa and enjoyed our time very much. Check in was easy and the location cannot be beat. There were a few hiccups with the living room tv, a very early fire alarm and a floor level fire inspection the following day, but these were addressed by Kasa quickly and thoroughly. The space was clean and uncluttered, providing us with everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were super comfy, which gave good nights sleep after long evenings out on the town!
