Neat and tidy and functional. Everything worked. Didn’t stay much during the day as went to F1 Silverstone but did walk around village which was very pretty and relaxing watching the narrow boats go past on the canal (Grand Union Canal) from the conservatory. Plenty of information re walks around the area with good map of Northamptonshire with castles and NT places. Princess Diana’s childhood home nearby Althorp House. £20 pp to get into garden. Local church in village very nice. Takeaway leaflets a plenty.

this is our 3rd visit to Jaki's home. we had gorgeous weather, and it's just so special to be by the canal. This time, there were swans with 7 cygnets floating past. disappointed that the local pub had closed, but there is the Thai pop-up across the canal, and we also walked to the nearby village at Gayton. For any parkrunners visiting the area, watermeadows at Towcester is only 5 mins up the road.

Such a great location. Peaceful and a joy to see wildlife either flying by or floating by. This is our second stay at the property and we hope to come many more times.
