Kathy’s bungalow and its surroundings were fabulous and exceeded our expectations. There was so much for the children to play with, explore and enjoy and the bungalow itself was beautifully finished with high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. Kathy was an amazing host who went out of her way to provide every comfort and give further recommendations for local pubs, restaurants and attractions. We particularly loved the homemade scones, jam and cream which awaited us on arrival. The children adored the ponies and dogs and are already asking when we can return!

Absolutely beautiful place, spacious yet cosy, super clean and has everything you could possibly need. It’s set in the most beautiful place the views are just stunning. My children loved having the space to roam around and see the horses and play in the play areas. The host Kathy is a lovely friendly and welcoming lady, we could have talked to her for hours xxxxxx Thank you so much we will be back xxx

Beyond our expectations and we would love to visit again! So pleased I read people’s reviews - this is the best air bnb we’ve been to as a family. Our young boys (4,2,1) were delighted with the toys and their teepee beds(and cot with bedding) and so many kids stuff and gadgets that felt better resourced than home! Thoroughly recommend.

We loved our five nights here with kids and dog. Kathy was so friendly and really made us feel so welcome. The kids loved the play caravan and exploring the woods. Beautiful kitchen and living space.

We had a great time a Low Cottage with our family - its a great setup with lots of games/toys available in the cottage and the old caravan is just fantastic for an extra play area. Kathy looks after 3 horses which are literally in the field next to the cottage and we all loved saying hello to them. Kathy was an excellent host - always responsive and was very kind towards our kids - Our daugther even had the opportunity to have a small ride on one of the horses which really made her holiday! Would absolutely recommend Low Cottage - Lovely part of the world right out in the country but also within easy driving distance of loads of activities and things to explore in the wider area.
