This is not available. It is an add-on only rental to the main house Lakeside Sunrise. It is not a seperate rental & only available to guests with that reservation. Maximum guests=4. This cottage has an open kitchen, dinette and living room area. A smart TV works with its own dedicated WiFi. There is a stackable W/D. The bathroom has a shower. The first bedroom has a full bed & 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Studio type apartment with 2 bedrooms, living space, dinette and kitchen. Has stackable washer and dryer. Separate patio and access to main house decks, large patio with 3 picnic tables and Weber grill.

Beautiful, we had a great vacation on the lake!
Perfect space for our moms (we stayed in the main house). Had everything they needed and very clean. They loved it!
Our vacation on the lake was wonderful! We enjoyed the spacious wrap around deck, the grill area, the full kitchen and the firepit area. The living room was very spacious as well. The guest house was great for our additional guests. We were able to rent the dock and bring our boat out for the fishing tournament on the lake. Excellent host! Great communication, great people. Everything was very clean. We will be returning to make more memories!
My favorite AirBnB. The weather was ideal for kayaking and spending time outdoors.
This place is the ideal home away from home.

Hi- We are Ava and Frank. Our Lakeside Sunrise home has been in the family since 1984. I am fortunate enough to continue to enjoy it today and share this peaceful place with our guests. Frank is from Clearfield PA and is a diehard Penn State and Steelers fan. We are (mostly) retired and always try to move forward with projects to improve the home. I am an RN and work occasionally yet. We hope your stay on the lake is enjoyable and relaxing. We try hard to provide a pleasant setting. If you need anything- please just let us know.
