Genesis I is a true minimalistic Tiny Home measuring at only 298 square feet. High efficiency use of space featuring tall ceilings and many windows to bring in all the beautiful scenery. Queen size bed, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your own private access lake front on privately owned Mills Lake with patio furniture, picnic table, charcoal grill, and firepit! Mills Lake is stocked for fishing with catfish, carp, largemouth bass, crappie, and bluegill. Sparrow Creek flows through right at the entrance. Viewing access to our dam that is over 100 years old! White River borders the east side of the property creating beautiful views alongside privately owned Mills Lake.

We stayed the weekend and watched the solar eclipse on the property. It was absolutely beautiful. Cindy, the host, was extremely hospitable, even having a food truck with her own cooking on site! Ordered both breakfast and dinner…super delicious. She showed us around her gorgeous property, which included a small lake and river. She pointed out where we could see a momma goose nesting on her eggs along the edge of the lake, which was fun to witness! We were able to stroll around the lake and property a few times on our own over the weekend, which was really lovely! Also pet friendly!! Brought our pup! Would definitely recommend Cindy!
Cindy was a friendly host that was responsive to our questions and provided plenty of information to make finding the location easy. We were notified ahead of time if an issue with our original reservation and were upgraded to another one of her rooms without an issue. A tranquil place to stay before the Muncie 70.3

Cindy was great since I had a hometown police escort as I arrived late in the evening. We had a good laugh at that. Wonderful location for anyone racing Ironman Muncie. A couple spiderwebs around the door to greet me, but nothing a kleenex couldn't take care of. Also some barking dogs in the early evening, but since I was up before the crack of down, the doggos were probably winding down for the day when I was was trying to get some sleep. Cindy was an excellent host with a great personality.
This was an absolutely perfect spot of what I was looking for! All the amenities of a hotel stay but out in the middle of no where! Being that it was on a private lake it was very quiet and relaxing but wasn’t a far drive into town to pick thing up or grab a bite to eat! Next time I need a getaway I will be back for sure! Thank you Cindy for your hospitality!

Our property is unique in that is used to be a campground. We no longer run it as a regular campground. We have 9 total spots on the grounds, Three of the spots are lakefront and home to our tiny homes. Genesis is closest to the White River and Mills Lake. There is plenty to explore on the property, including old indian arrowheads along the banks of the River.
The small town of Farmland is about a mile away right on our road. You will find that you can easily walk or bike into town. You will find two small restaurants, a couple of antique shops, a flower shop, post office and a lot of friendly people with an array of different backgrounds. The small , but larger town of Windchester is also right on our road about 15 miles east. It is big enough for a Walmart and affords more choices in dining if you wanted to leave the woods.
