We stayed for a month at Catherine’s place. We really enjoyed the accomodations and how accessible she was if we had a concern or question. Her location was within walking distance of the Capitol and the National Mall area. It is a great neighborhood to walk and enjoy as the Eastern Market is also close by. Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and a myriad of restaurants are all close by. She ensured that everything that one would need for a prolonged stay was available. Her instructions were clear and reasonable. I enthusiastically recommend her place for anyone visiting the DC area especially for a longer time period. Thank you Catherine!!

I cannot say enough great things about Catherine's place. You can tell she put a lot of thought into this apartment because it's filled with high quality everything! The apartment is light and modern, beautifully furnished and comfortable. There's a washer/dryer in the unit which is essential if you are staying for more than a few days. The unit is located on a quiet tree lined street, perfect for nightly strolls around the neighborhood. It's an incredibly easy walk to the East Market Street Metro, tons of restaurants, coffee shops, Trader Joe's and Safeway. An added bonus is the weekend Eastern Market where they sell everything from fresh produce to handcrafted items. Catherine was quick to respond when I had a few questions about the apartment and was extremely accommodating when my husband and I ran into a scheduling conflict. I highly recommend Catherine's apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Capital Hill at Catherine’s place. Her home is beautifully decorated and very clean. She provided everything we needed for a very comfortable stay in this great location! Convenient walking distance to Barracks Row restaurants and the Eastern market area, Trader Joe’s and CVS. We would love to stay at Catherine’s again when we return to DC.
