As represented. There was a lot of space here with a huge dining area and full size kitchen. Easy check in and Robert even accommodated us for a slightly early arrival.

This rental was clean, spacious and has a very convenient location being minutes from the main strip in the Dells. Note that the beds have soft mattresses and the TV room has limited comfortable seating. Robert the owner, was very easy to contact. I found everything to be just what Robert said it would be. What this rental lacks in comfort , it makes up in the rental price you pay and convenience. Carl G.

My family had an AMAZING stay!!! The condo is spacious, clean, easy to find, private, close to all Dells activities and has a nice patio with a scenic waterfall & pond a short walking distance away. Robert was great at responding quickly when contacting him with questions before coming. He contacted me to let me know there was an issue with the master tv not working, but I said we go on vacation to sightsee & spend time with family, not to watch tv so it was fine. I don’t understand any of the negative reviews… clearly those people didn’t read before booking as it is clearly specified that you might want to bring your own pillows, blankets & toiletries, which we did, no problem. The only thing that could be improved was to have some oil, salt, pepper for cooking & condiments such as ketchup and ranch for takeout. We ran to quick trip just down the road and grabbed little packets of all that stuff for cooking & takeout, so it wasn’t too bad, but it would be appreciated if it was available there. The beds were extremely soft, which one daughter and I loved, but unfortunately my other daughter and husband had extreme back pain after. Definitely bring an air mattress or plan to sleep on the floor if you like a firmer mattress. The sheets were kinda gross & full of lint too which I think they might’ve been washed with the towels. Overall we thought it was a wonderful value and we will definitely be coming back for another stay!!!

This Airbnb is spacious but not comfortable. When they say to bring your own pillows and blankets - definitely do. The pillows in the master bedroom are hard as rock and there is a very light weight bedspread and a sheet. The bedroom TV's are not smart TV's, so no movies late at night and the TV in the master bedroom did not work. When I reached out about it not working I was told how much the HOA fee's are and told me I needed to call the cable company. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable and do not plan on using it as a 3rd bed. It is not something you can sleep on, even if you are a child. It does not lay flat. If you are a wine drinker bring your own corkscrew, there is not one there. The best part about this Airbnb is that it is spacious and conveniently located. Also the Activity center is wonderful. I normally don't complain, but this Airbnb needs to be updated and made more comfortable.
