The pool table and games room/bar are fantastic. The hot tub area is perfect and the entire place was spot on. Jane, you need to take more pictures of this property because your AirBnB doesn't show how amazing the whole place is! Everything was bigger than expected and Jane was helpful throughout. This is a lovely cottage great for a family break. This place exceeded my expectations actually. The facilities were great particularly enjoyed the self contained hot tub that can be used all year round and the games room. Jane was a fabulous and accommodating host.

We booked Janes place last minute after another host canceled our booking but we really fell on our feet. The house was beautiful and clean with plenty of space. Her garden is lovely and the hot tub and games room kept our mixed age party happy. Jane went the extra mile to make our stay feel luxurious, there were separate towels for the house and the tub, soft robes and posh soap. Jane even left us some local produce, a bottle off fizz and some chocolate for the kids. She couldn’t have been more helpful when we asked for local recommendations. We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Ivy cottage is set in the beautiful countryside, it's so peaceful and private. The cottage was pristine and well furnished. The house had everything we needed and more, including a nice welcome gift It was an amazing stay and we would happily book again, thank you!

Had an amazing stay at Ivy cottage It was such a beautiful place and so big! The games room and hot tub were fabulous! Such a great base to visit lots of great places. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything you need an more. Thank you Jane for a lovely welcome tray with goodies and milk, butter and juice in the fridge. Have recommended it to family and friends as it is superb. Thanks for wonderful holiday !
