The house is beautiful, very comfortable, lots of room for a group of friends to stay. We were a little confused by the extra charge for cleaning the property when we went through to book, surely this should be automatically included in the price we are already paying per night? Unless this is something new on Air B&B that we haven't come across before. Overall the property was very comfortable & homely, more attention to detail is needed when it comes to cleaning & resetting the house between people staying. Beds were made & clean fresh bedding & linen left out, but side tables by beds sticky & rubbish left in the drawers. Beautifully decorated living rooms spaces but again attention to detail, lots of cobwebs, rubbish left behind underneath or behind furniture, etc,. Kitchen very spacious, a great space for cooking for multiple people, we appreciate food waste is bad & food shouldn't be wasted but we felt a little uncomfortable with the opened packets left in the cupboards & freezer
A wonderful property close to the centre of Darlington. It is well presented throughout with everything you need for a visit.
Great few nights stay in a prime location to the high street. The house was in great condition and very clean.
