The pics really don’t do the place justice! The views are incredible and the house is really nice with lots to do (games, pool, DVDs, books, etc), comfortable touches and well stocked kitchen. Really great wooded area with creek behind house where my boys loved to play, nice fenced area for dog and awesome hot tub! Would return!

PK's Place is quiet and peaceful. The ability to stay with my beloved dog made the stay even better! The accommodations were good - comfortable couches and bedding. Well appointed kitchen has everything you need to make cooking and baking a breeze! The electric fireplace in the living area heats the house up nicely, and adds a cozy feel on a snowy day. The team at Pinion were very responsive to any questions and/or special requests. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Enjoyed a gorgeous weekend at PK's place with six adults, one infant, and our giant dog. We immediately felt right at home with tons of space to spread out, clean and comfortable furnishings, and the most beautiful setting! The views in every direction are incredible. The house is secluded in a quiet residential neighborhood but an easy drive to Salida, Buena Vista, Poncha Springs, and plenty of hikes in between. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with our dog and venturing down to the creek in the snow. We cooked a birthday feast using almost every dish in the kitchen, or so it seemed! Even though we couldn't get the grill to connect (it was quite cold at night), we found a cast iron pan to cook a perfect steak on the stovetop. The entire house and especially the kitchen was extremely well-equipped. Very thoughtful, clean, organized, and welcoming home. Will definitely be back with family and friends in the near future!
