Tristy is an excellent Airbnb host. The property was wholly consistent with its online description. It was very clean and exceedingly easy to use. Tristy was an excellent communicator both before and after booking, and, of course, during my stay. There were no unwelcome surprises, which is just the way that a traveler wants it to be!

I was surprised how fast Tristy responded to my message when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Plus she had someone friendly come over in less than 15 mins to unlock the door for us. It was Easter weekend too, amazing! Over all excellent response rate, quiet/safe location, great water pressure.

We had a short weekend stay and this was a very conveniently located house to many of the local restaurants and shops. The drive to the caves is about 20-30 minutes and was beautiful! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Simple and satisfying.

Tristy’s place in Mountain View is so cute! I booked it for all of the good reviews it had received and I was definitely not disappointed. It’s located in peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and smelled nice. Check in was very easy…I received all info regarding check in and Wi-Fi and TV accessibility in a timely and friendly manner. I hope that next time I go to Mountain View it’s available… I’ll surely stay again!
